The incumbent shall be responsible for channel sales in Cochin region.
Responsibilities
1. Review distributor wise sales against the target on a monthly
basis.
2. Ensure productivity of SO/ASE
3. Ensuring new dealer appointment in weak areas
4. Month wise Monitoring of PGA achievement against the target
5. Generating new system for monitoring and ensuring
distributor wise minimum inventory
6. Identify new avenues in the territory supervised service them
either through to distributors or direct appointment
7. Generate Business for organization through various avenues
8. Develop Business plan for long-term sales generating business
9. Identify the resource needed to achieve targets
10. Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and
monitor them for improving overall efficiency
11. Review structure on a monthly basis to implement corrective
action plan
Skills/Experience
- Experience in channel sales, Team Handling, ROI.
- 5 to 8 years experience
- Must be from foam industry
- Must be MBA
- Must possess – Business Acumen, Effective Planning, Customer Focus ,
Leveraging Human Potential, Strategic Business Orientation - Reporting to – Regional sales Mgr
